Tokai COBEX Savoie is the world leader for the supply of cathodic solutions for the aluminium industry, based on graphite materials and as developed an extensive know-how on carboneous raw materials selection and graphitization and more generally very high temperature processes through its 125 years of existence.

More recently Tokai COBEX Savoie has developed an innovative and disruptive process for the production of battery anode materials (BAM) with CO2 emission factors 20 to 30 times lower than the dominantly Chinese competition. Based on its facilities in region AuRA, Tokai COBEX Savoie has built a brownfield capacity and is now intending to scale up its capacities with a greenfield project called BAM4EVER Phase III

Tokai COBEX Synthetic graphite products are high energy density, fast charging, long cycle & high power by respecting a CO2 footprint of less than 3kg CO2eq/kg of BAM.
